SH Fitness Equipment B.V.has its own service department:SH Service!
As soon as you have any problems with your fitness equipment, you want to sort them out as quickly as possible.So does SH Service! It is therefore important for us to know exactly what is wrong with it. So in order to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to fill in our service form, which you can find on our website. As soon as we receive the completed form, we will make an appointment as quickly as possible in order to solve the problem, or alternatively we send you the parts.
SH Fitness offers you the option of concluding a service agreement. This type of service agreement consists of a twice yearly preventative visit to check the equipment for faults. In addition, all the cables covered by the service agreement are replaced once a year. Not only does this increase user safety for the machines but it also lengthens their lifespan.
The cost of this agreement depends on the number, brand and type of machines you have. The yearly costs are divided into 12 equal amounts, which you will be billed each month.
